Social media networking is one of the main ways people connect with each other these days. People can connect with their friends, their favorite artist, and their favorite companies. The majority of businesses these days has some type of social networking site. They may have a website, blog, or Facebook and Twitter page. Millions of people are able to access these and voice their opinion freely, and it is important to keep watch of the activities on the networks.

Maintaining a positive image in the public eye is vital to the success of any organization. Honesty and humility is a must when trying to build this image. With the bad economy and corruption that exist among some organization, people are hesitant about investing their money into anything. People want to be sure the company stand by their brand and mission before getting involved with them.
